Privacy Policy

What data we collect

When you create an account or subscribe, we collect your email address and a Stripe customer ID. We store these in a database on the Church Latin AI server to associate your API key with your subscription plan. We do not collect your name, address, or payment card details — card processing is handled entirely by Stripe.

API keys are stored as issued. Treat your key like a password — do not share it or include it in public URLs. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact info@archiveshosting.com immediately and we will issue a replacement.

Document text

Text you submit to Church Latin AI tools is processed in memory on our server. We do not intentionally store, log, or retain request bodies after your request completes. We do not read, analyse, or share your document content.

Your AI assistant provider

Church Latin AI is a connector for AI assistants (Claude, Codex, Cursor, etc.). Text you submit passes through your AI provider’s infrastructure as well as ours. Each provider has its own privacy policy — for example, Anthropic’s privacy policy governs how Claude handles your data. If you work with restricted or confidential records, check your AI provider’s data retention and training policies before submitting document text.

Usage data

We count tool calls per API key per calendar month to enforce plan limits. We do not log the content of tool calls, only their occurrence.

Cookies and tracking

The Church Latin AI website does not use cookies or third-party analytics. No tracking scripts are loaded.

Data retention and deletion

Your account record is retained while your subscription is active. To request deletion, email info@archiveshosting.com and we will delete your record within 30 days.
